Scotland at MIPIM 2020

MIPIM, the world’s leading property exhibition, brings together the most influential players from all international property sectors. The event, held in Cannes, France offers unrivalled access to the greatest number of development projects and sources of capital worldwide.

The Scottish commercial property market is built for brilliant returns on investment, supported by high occupancy rates and rising prime rents. With large scale projects becoming increasingly lucrative, Scotland boasts a growing portfolio of large scale investment opportunities.

Scotland has been exhibiting at MIPIM for a few years in various forms but as of last year occupies a prime location within the exhibition. The aim of Scotland’s involvement in the exhibition is to showcase the competitive advantages the country boasts.

In our first year at MIPIM we welcomed 465 delegates from 36 countries to learn more about the fantastic opportunities Scotland has to offer. Over the four days of the event, we hosted a series of events and conversations on capital investment opportunities, smart cities, city living, lifestyle, waterfronts, healthcare, technology, education, devolution and Brexit.

Thanks to all our partners in their combined effort Scotland at MIPIM had a very successful first year at MIPIM 2019 and we look to build on this success in the coming year at MIPIM 2020.
